Researcher at the Laboratory of Building Materials, Civil Engineering Department of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, since 2008. Has participated as a member of the research team in more than 20 National and European research projects. Has been employed as a Research Assistant by the Civil Engineering Department of A.U.Th. and as a lecturer by the Alexander Technological Educational Institute of Thessaloniki (A.T.E.I.Th.) teaching 2 undergraduate courses, since 2016. His PhD Thesis is titled “High temperature resistant radiation shielding concrete produced with EAF slag” and his research interests include Concrete for specific applications, Utilization of by-products in the construction sector, Inspection of infrastructures, and Non Destructive Testing.
